AIP2018 Linux Update7のインストールに失敗する

概要

図のようにインストール中に失敗することがあります。

失敗の要因として2パターンありますので、/tmp/aipinstall.logを開きエラーを確認してください。

①パッケージが不足している場合のエラー

②SecureBootの環境でインストールを行っている場合のエラー

depmod……
Job for systemd-modules-load.service failed because the control process exited with error code.
See "systemctl status systemd-modules-load.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

原因

①AIP-packages-tool.shの既知の問題により、Agentのみをインストールする場合に必須パッケージが不足することで発生します。
* RHEL8.x / CentOS8.xでのみ発生します。

②SecureBoot環境により、ドライバーの生成に失敗することで発生します。

回避策

①下記よりスクリプトをダウンロードして再度Agent用のパッケージをインストールしてください。

修正スクリプト

②SecureBootで起動している場合は、SecureBootを無効にしてください。
